As an HR Manager (Manufacturing) at Bali Hai Brewery Indonesia, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities within the manufacturing department. You will work closely with the plant manager and other department heads to understand operational needs and align HR strategies accordingly. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 12,000,000 - Rp 18,000,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for the manufacturing department.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the plant manager and other stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the manufacturing environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
