📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging course materials and lesson plans that align with educational standards and student needs.
• Conduct one-on-one and group consultations with students to address academic challenges and provide personalized support.
• Assist in the administration of our LMS, including uploading course content, tracking student progress, and providing technical support.
• Collaborate with teachers and educational institutions to design and implement effective learning strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and workshops to share best practices and innovative teaching methods.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve course offerings and student outcomes.
• Promote the benefits of our educational programs to students, parents, and educational institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in education, either as a teacher, counselor, or educational consultant.
• Strong knowledge of educational theories and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools, such as our LMS and interactive platforms.
