📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a strategic procurement plan aligned with the hotel’s operational goals and guest experience requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end purchasing processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order fulfillment.
• Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Leverage data analytics and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Coupa) to monitor spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize inventory.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hotel managers, department heads, and finance teams, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and ethical business conduct within the procurement team.
• Represent Marriott Hotels at industry events, conferences, and supplier meetings to build strategic partnerships and maintain a competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, with a focus on luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record of leading procurement teams, optimizing spending, and driving cost savings.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software, data analytics, and industry best practices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Professional certification in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field (e.g., CPSM, CPO, or CPIM).
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
