📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing the company's credit control process, including invoice verification and follow-ups.
• Conduct regular customer account reviews to identify and resolve credit issues.
• Coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payment collections.
• Update customer records and maintain accurate credit information in Salesforce.
• Prepare and analyze reports on credit performance and collections using QuickBooks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of credit control strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of credit control processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
