As our Experienced Moulding Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of our production process, working with state-of-the-art machinery and materials. Your daily tasks will include setting up and operating injection moulding machines, monitoring production quality, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You’ll also collaborate with our design and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new product designs into our production line.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain injection moulding machines, including setting up and running the machines, monitoring production quality, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new product designs into the production line.
• Monitor and maintain production records, including tracking machine performance, production output, and quality control metrics.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on injection moulding machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of worn parts.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in injection moulding and related areas.
• Train and mentor junior staff on the operation and maintenance of injection moulding machines.
• Work closely with the production supervisor to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in injection moulding, with a focus on dental or medical devices.
• Proven experience in operating and maintaining injection moulding machines, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards, including ISO 13485 for medical devices.
• Familiarity with CAD software and 3D modelling tools, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
