📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually compelling content, including social media graphics, marketing campaigns, and other promotional materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative strategies
• Use industry-leading tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to produce high-quality visuals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our work remains innovative and engaging
• Conduct market research to inform our design decisions and create compelling visuals that resonate with our target audiences
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize designs
• Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a creative design role, with a portfolio demonstrating a strong visual aesthetic
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements
