📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit clients to collect outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain and update customer accounts in QuickBooks and Excel.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly collection reports.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collection strategies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to collections and accounting.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account receivable or collections.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Excel.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
