Place Home Pratama is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth daily activities, and maintaining high standards of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.,Ensure all store operations run smoothly, from opening to closing.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of the store for customers.,Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store at all times.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in a retail or administrative environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a must.,Ability to work in a team and independently as needed.
