📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all accounting and tax regulations and standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management and other departments.,Manage the company's tax obligations, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.,Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate and individual income tax returns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other departments.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
