📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to established standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.,Monitor sales and profitability, and implement strategies to improve performance.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure they are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Participate in regular staff meetings and provide feedback and guidance as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficient in using computer software, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
