📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure that they remain within budget.
  • Provide cost advice to project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit regular cost reports to senior management.
  • Analyze cost data to identify areas where costs can be reduced.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to negotiate and secure the best possible prices.
  • Attend site meetings and inspections to ensure that work is being carried out according to the approved cost plans.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, cost control, and cost planning.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
