📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.,Lead and mentor HR team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Conduct employee performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.,Manage recruitment processes, including job advertising, candidate screening, and onboarding.,Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages, ensuring they align with company goals and market standards.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and data analysis is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of achieving HR objectives and driving positive business outcomes.
