📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests at the front desk, providing a warm and professional welcome.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs efficiently.,Manage and coordinate the front desk team, ensuring high service standards.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.,Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including room setups and guest accommodations.,Monitor front desk operations and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of hotel management systems and software.,Familiarity with local regulations and hospitality industry standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
