📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
