📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and networks.,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and perform regular audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT support software and tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
