📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels and stock control to prevent overstocking or stockouts.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Manage warehouse budgets and resources effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
