📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts, mediating as needed
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR practices with business objectives
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and programs
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with HR software such as BambooHR is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
