Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to departmental needs.
• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, and Greenhouse.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' fit for our company culture.
• Manage the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Contribute to the development of our employee value proposition and employer branding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• 3-5 years of experience in in-house recruitment, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and local recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, and Greenhouse.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification in recruitment or HR management is a plus.
