📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration to extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Work with the team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to kitchen staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with vendors to source and order replacement parts and equipment.
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and sanitized according to food safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance and repair.
• Certification in kitchen equipment maintenance or a related field.
• Familiarity with brands like Fukushima, Galilei, and other leading kitchen equipment manufacturers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
