Bright Home Pratama is looking for a dedicated Deputy Bookkeeper to join our team in Pluit. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Bookkeeper in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the finance team in various tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Maintain and update the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial documents.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
