📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Manage and develop the sales team to achieve targets and goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present business reports and proposals to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using business development tools and software.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
