📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial aspects of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor junior finance staff, providing guidance and support.,Implement and maintain SAP HANA S/4 financial systems.,Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and investors.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure their accuracy and timeliness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven experience with SAP HANA S/4 financial systems.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and practices is a plus.
