📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule vehicle usage and maintenance.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance, implementing measures to improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding fleet operations.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles.,Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and improve fleet productivity.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving commercial vehicles is a plus.
