You'll be part of a dynamic team working closely with our finance department to support our payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payment of our employees.
As a Payroll Intern at Mesra Retail & Cafe, you'll learn the ins and outs of payroll processing using our in-house payroll software, PayrollPro. You'll assist in preparing payroll reports, processing employee payments, and maintaining accurate payroll records. This internship is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in payroll and accounting, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and data entries using PayrollPro software.
- Process employee payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update payroll records and databases.
- Support the finance team in payroll-related tasks and projects.
- Assist in the preparation of tax and compliance documents.
- Learn and understand the company's payroll policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Assist in the training and development of new payroll team members.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proactive and motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
