📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients in rehabilitation.
• Administer medications and monitor patients' physical and mental health.
• Conduct therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments in electronic health records (EHR) using our in-house system.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in mental health rehabilitation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health nursing or a related field.
• Certification as a Mental Health Nurse (MHN) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health rehabilitation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid nursing license and good standing with the relevant nursing board.
