In this role, you'll use industry-standard tools like OBS Studio, Streamlabs, and Adobe Creative Suite to create stunning visuals and engaging content. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end production of live streams, from pre-production planning to post-production review.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and technical teams to develop and execute live streaming strategies.
• Use OBS Studio, Streamlabs, and Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging and visually appealing content.
• Ensure technical equipment and software are functioning properly and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Develop and implement best practices for live streaming production to enhance viewer engagement and satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze live stream performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align live streaming initiatives with overall business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in live streaming and digital retail.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism, Media Production, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in live streaming production, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Proven experience using OBS Studio, Streamlabs, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of live streaming platforms and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
