📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff members.,Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.,Maintain high standards of food quality and safety in the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Lead the kitchen team in preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a chef or culinary instructor.,Proven track record of teaching and mentoring staff.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary training environment is preferred.,Ability to travel for training purposes.
