Pro Up Corporindo is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Outlet Staff to join our team in Pluit, Jakarta Raya. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our outlets and providing exceptional customer service.

As a Lead Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of our outlets, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure that all products are displayed and merchandised according to company standards.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean and organized outlet at all times.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Participate in company events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and supervising a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
