📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective actions.,Conduct risk assessments and evaluate internal controls.,Prepare and present audit findings to management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented.,Maintain and update internal audit policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA) is a plus.
