Coats Rejo Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead our thread division. As the Head of Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes and driving efficiency and growth in our thread division.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.,Oversee the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Manage and coordinate with internal teams such as production, quality control, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to supply chain management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Lead and mentor the supply chain team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on thread or textile industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing supply chain operations and driving efficiency and cost savings.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to supply chain management.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
