📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs to mitigate workplace hazards and ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify and address potential safety concerns.
• Monitor and evaluate safety performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of safety initiatives and best practices.
• Leverage industry-leading tools such as SAP EHS, Microsoft Office Suite, and various safety management software to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols, procedures, and emergency response measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety, with a strong background in safety management, risk assessment, and compliance.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST), or equivalent are highly regarded.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining comprehensive safety programs within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of international and local regulations, standards, and best practices in Environmental Health & Safety.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in using industry-leading tools such as SAP EHS, Microsoft Office Suite, and various safety management software.
