📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure team productivity.,Coordinate with team members to achieve targets and goals.,Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency.,Maintain a safe and secure work environment.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in training and development of new team members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.,Proven track record of managing teams and achieving operational goals.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.,Familiarity with safety and security protocols.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
