📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in inventory management and stock checks.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and security.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth checkout process.,Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
