📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in the local market.,Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives.,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our professional network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.,Proven track record of success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
