📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and stock control.Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and that orders are fulfilled efficiently.Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure that inventory levels are maintained.Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles.Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with company policies and procedures.Responsible for managing warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards.Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.🛠️ Keahlian
